Snowflake Metadata & Logs
To provide our optimization services, Anavsan collects the following data from your Snowflake account (with your explicit authorization):
Query Metadata: Query IDs, execution time, duration, warehouse utilization, CPU and memory consumption, and query status
Query Templates: Query structure and patterns (without actual business data or PII contained in queries)
Warehouse Information: Warehouse names, sizes, configurations, scaling policies, and performance metrics
Snowpipe Configurations: Snowpipe metadata, load history, and performance statistics
Cortex AI Usage: AI model usage patterns and inference costs
Serverless Functions: Function execution metrics and resource consumption
Storage Metrics: Storage usage, growth trends, and table statistics
Performance Logs: Execution logs and diagnostic information for optimization analysis
Important: Anavsan does not collect actual query data, business data, personally identifiable information from query results, or any sensitive customer data. We only collect metadata, logs, and configuration information necessary for optimization.
Usage Information
We collect information about how you interact with our Services, including page views, features accessed, time spent in dashboard, and actions taken within the platform.
Device Information

We implement role-based access controls within Anavsan
